Program description. Southern Cities Realty sends text messages to people who ask us to. Depending on what you signed up for, messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and showing coordination, transaction and closing updates, requested property or market information, and news about our services and available properties.

How you opt in. You opt in by starting a chat on this website and providing your mobile number, by texting us first, or by giving us written permission. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your transaction.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan for details.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Property listings shown or searchable on this site are provided through the Canopy MLS IDX system and other third-party sources. That information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by Southern Cities Realty or the MLS, and it may be out of date.
